“Thank you Michelle for taking such good care of my old girl Flora. She’s quite perky today, probably feeling a lot lighter without all that excess hair. As you know I thought she would be anxious because she normally doesn’t like being groomed at home and has never been to a grooming salon. But I needn’t have worried; you put her at ease straight away and she trotted off to be beautified like an old hand. Her coat looks gorgeous and you did a brilliant job tidying up the messy bits where I had tried to trim her myself. Thank you 😀”

“Lovely to meet you yesterday – and thank you so much for all the hard work and patience with Falkie and Rufus – the boys are looking so dapper and gorgeous and silky! And Falkie’s confidence seems to have massively improved since spending the day with you. He’s developing a bit of a swagger and much less cowering in the corner. Not sure if it was the other dogs or you or both. Or just loving his new hair-do. Either way – great result on all fronts!
Took him to Lynn’s training this morning and everyone commented how smart he looked.😍
Really appreciate all the effort and also always great to meet another lovely dog/rural France minded person!

“Dear Michelle at Yes You Chien I really wanted to send huge hugs for yesterday’s beauty afternoon for 2 of my boys! I know they were both a challenge in different ways and I thank you for taking a whole afternoon and into early Friday evening to groom them with love, care in a safe setting post confinement respecting all the advice to keep everyone protected. Both Ocho and Jumbo feel so incredibly better and should anyone think ‘Oh that beard on Jumbo is imperfect’ – well actually it is the contrary because Michelle always chooses the dog’s comfort over what might seem aesthetically perfect. Jumbo had had enough come front legs and beard so she stopped and listened to the dog – which I love! As ever, it is over an hours drive for me ( a beautiful one too!) and worth every kilometer! With a heart full of gratitude xxxxxx“
